Tiny Letters by Lala Magz

OVERVIEW

Tiny Letters is a done-for-you emotional legacy service that helps mothers preserve their voice, values, and wisdom for their children through short-form audio letters.

These terms exist to protect both of us so that expectations are clear, the relationship is honest, and the work we do together is given the care and intention it deserves.

By completing the intake form and proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

THE SERVICE

Tiny Letters provides the following for each batch of 4 letters at $397:

➡️ One onboarding session

➡️ Access to the guided prompt library

➡️ Light audio editing and cleanup

➡️ Custom intro and outro integration

➡️ Transcript PDF for each letter

➡️ Google Drive archive organization

➡️ Upload to Spotify or your chosen platform

Each Tiny Letter is a short-form audio reflection of 4 to 7 minutes recorded by the client on their own device.

THE PROCESS

Intake and fit assessment. Every client begins with a short intake form. Submission of the form does not guarantee a spot. I review each submission personally and reach out only when I believe it is a genuine fit. This step exists to protect your time and mine.

Onboarding. If accepted, we schedule a short onboarding call to align on tone, music, intro and outro preferences, and your first letter idea. Payment is due at the end of this call and work begins only once payment is received and confirmed.

Recording. You record your audio using your phone or any recording device you are comfortable with. When your recording is ready, you drop it into your shared Google Drive folder and send a quick message to notify me. I will confirm receipt within 24 to 48 business hours.

Delivery. Each finished Tiny Letter will be delivered to your Google Drive folder within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your raw audio. You will be notified when it is ready for review.

Revisions. One round of minor revisions is included per letter. Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of delivery. Revision requests beyond the included round will be assessed and quoted separately depending on the scope of changes requested.

Sign off. Once you have reviewed your finished letter and are happy with it, a simple sign off confirms completion. Upload to Spotify or your chosen platform will follow upon sign off.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To keep the process smooth and respectful of both our time, clients agree to:

➡️ Respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe

➡️ Submit raw audio recordings within the agreed batch period

➡️ Provide clear and timely feedback during the revision stage

➡️ Notify me promptly if circumstances change and you need to pause

If a client goes quiet for more than 30 days without communication, the batch will be considered inactive. Reactivation is subject to availability.

PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP

Your recordings, your letters, and your archive belong entirely to you.

All raw audio and finished letters are stored in your own Google Drive folder, which you own and control. I am granted temporary edit access for the purpose of organizing and delivering your files. I do not store, share, copy, or distribute your recordings or personal content in any form.

Your stories are yours. Your voice is yours. I am simply the person who helps make them beautiful.

ON REFUNDS, AND WHY THERE ISN'T ONE

I want to be straightforward with you about this, because I think you deserve an honest explanation rather than fine print.

Tiny Letters does not offer refunds, and here is why.

By the time payment is made, significant work has already begun. The onboarding call, the prompt guidance, the folder setup, the intro and outro creation... these are not automated. They are hours of real, skilled, human work given specifically to you.

Unlike a digital course or a template you can return unopened, the work done for Tiny Letters is personal, custom, and created entirely around you. It cannot be resold, reused, or returned.

More importantly, the intake process exists precisely so that refunds should never be necessary. Before a single dollar changes hands, we have already spoken. You already know what to expect. We have both agreed that this feels right.

If at any point a delivered letter does not feel right, I will rework it until it does. That commitment is real and it is built into the process. What I cannot do is refund work that has already been done.

What I can promise is this: I will always show up with care, intention, and genuine investment in getting your letters right. Because I am doing this for my own daughter too. I understand exactly what is at stake.

If you have any concerns before purchasing, please reach out before completing your intake form. I would rather answer your questions upfront than have either of us start something that does not feel right.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tiny Letters is a solo service operated by one person. While every effort is made to deliver consistently and on time, I am also a mother and a human being. In the rare event of an unexpected delay, I will always communicate with you promptly and find a resolution.

Tiny Letters is not liable for any technical issues related to third party platforms including Google Drive, Spotify, or any other hosting platform chosen by the client.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These terms may be updated occasionally as the service evolves. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

QUESTIONS

If you have any questions about these terms before or after purchasing, you are always welcome to reach out directly.
